The Uganda Council on Foreign Relations is hosting the First Annual Foreign Minister’s Address on Tuesday, September 5, 2017 at 4:00pm at Hotel Africana, Kampala. Honorable Sam Kutesa, Minister of Foreign Affairs, will be giving an address on Uganda’s foreign policy.
The invited guests include members of the diplomatic corps, government officials, business leaders, executives of corporations, leaders from civil society, academia, and students.
Uganda Council on Foreign Relations is a membership based, independent non-partisan centre of excellence for the promotion of foreign policy. Its mission is to provide a platform for networking, knowledge generation and sharing, mentorship and policy advocacy, focused on Uganda’s foreign policy interests and issues.
This is the first in a series of annual Foreign Ministers addresses. It is aimed at providing a platform for engagement between members of the public and the Foreign Minister on Uganda’s foreign policy.
